STRIVE’s Wednesday Night Educational Series provides numerous educational opportunities for our members in the realms of various independent living skills. Classes are held every Wednesday evening at STRIVE and are taught by community members or STRIVE staff. Class topics vary from month to month. Past topics have including Cooking and Culinary skills, Career Exploration, Internet Safety, Banking and Budgeting and Healthy Relationships.
Wednesday Night Educational Series classes are for participants ages 15-24. Each series typically meets at the PSL Services/STRIVE Center from 6-8pm and is 3-8 weeks long. The total cost for a 3-4 week series is $20 and the total cost for a 6-8 week series is $30.
All Wednesday Night Educational Series are currently operating virtually on Zoom each Wednesday from 6-7pm

Class Registration Information
Prior to each class series every student and guardian will fill out a registration form which will include a syllabus and emergency contact information forms which are to be returned before the student starts the series.
Series are generally limited to 15 students
Each student should come to class prepared with assigned materials and be ready to engage in class discussions.
