PSL Services/STRIVE provides a community of support and assistance to people with Intellectual disabilities or mental health diagnosis who experience challenges seeking greater independence by: respecting the value of each individual, initiating mutually beneficial, sustainable partnerships with business and community leaders, and creating innovative opportunities responsive to the evolving needs of individuals and families.
This is a full-time position Monday through Thursday 8a-4:30p and Friday 8a-4p
Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus three year’s experience working in human services. This position will be involved in human resource functions, data entry and maintenance, payroll and benefits. Knowledge of DOL regulations, basic accounting principles and experience working with MS Office Suite required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, onboarding employees, monthly reporting, data tracking, filing, data entry.
This position requires strict adherence to confidentiality, a high level of discretion, a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to work with a variety of people. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, be self-motivated, detail oriented and remain calm under the pressure of deadlines.
