Tweens runs every Friday afternoon!
Tweens will be taking place at our STRIVE building at 28 Foden Road in South Portland from 3:30-5:30pm!
If you are ages
11 to 14
Tweens is a STRIVE social program currently held every Friday from 3:30-5:30pm. 11-14 year olds (“tweens”) with intellectual/ developmental disabilities are invited to enjoy structured activities with peers in a fun and safe environment! Weekly events are led by PSL Services/STRIVE staff and members of the local community.
Previous Tweens activities include top chef, tie dye, yoga, and karaoke. Previous Tweens community presenters include ecoMaine, South Portland Fire Department, Portland Boxing Club and Skytoyz. Our Tweens schedule and activities change each month.
